Job application forms, tax forms
banks/clubs/etc application forms,
subscription forms, contest forms,
lucky draw forms, yah, even lucky draw forms !

To be exact - I hate filling up forms.
It's always designed in such a way
to get as much information
in the most confusing manner possible!

And the worst of the worst,
The mother of all forms -
ONLINE FORMS !

Why are online forms always asking too much?
